We were recently at Red Robin, a burger chain. However, it is something other than McD and Co. The store seems more geared to children: everything is kunterbund, in the foyer, there are helium-filled balloons to take home and I could well imagine that there are also in U.S. television series is sung on birthdays.
instead order at the counter, there are operations with the U.S. so typical exaggerated high spirits, and constant smile. On the laminated A3 large map (no joke) of course the variety of burgers, with or without cheese, various toppings and sauces.
soft drinks like Coke are replenished faster than you can drink it (or before the abundant ice melts in the cup) and the fries are replenished as needed - not that that would be necessary, but I'm so obviously not the same hunger as a average Americans. It is called the way "Bottemless" quasi for the guest with "stomach without soil.
